Even if you are getting older and still ovulate then there is hope for you. Timing is everything as you get older and finding your exact time of ovulation is the key, so you can get fresh sperm and egg to meet.
The problem with getting the exact moment when the egg is released, is it is hard to guess, even buying an ovulation kit can be a waste of time and energy. Most of these kits register after the egg is already been released so you have missed the chance before you have had a chance to do anything about it.
